In response, Dan Walker tweeted expressing his excitement to talk to Louise again.

He said: “Morning all… can’t wait to watch @louiseminchin on the telly again. My phone bill is going to be enormous!”

The former co-host will be joining the new cast of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here 2021.

The 53-year-old, who will be leaving behind husband David Minchin and two children, has said that the biggest challenge will be “small spaces.”

She even said she wasn’t able to get in a lift as it could be tight and packed with people.

The former presenter also added that she was terrified of cockroaches, spiders or rats.

“I will scream a lot and make a terrible fuss,” she added.

The ex BBC Breakfast did say, however, that she was looking forward to the challenge.

Louise wanted to join last year’s cohort, but was unfortunately unable to do so due to a broken ankle.

Since then, she is back into fitness, looking to compete in another marathon.

The presenter will be on the show alongside confirmed contestants; Richard Madeley, Arlene Phillips, Frankie Bridge, David Ginola, Matty Lee, Naughty Boy, Kadeena Cox, Danny Miller and Snoochie Shy.
