Radio presenter Kate Lawler opened up about her “hellish” day and admitted to feeling “so down” as she shared a teary-eyed Instagram story.
The Virgin Radio host welcomed her first child Noa in February and has openly shared her journey into motherhood with fans on social media.
In the recent candid video, Kate welled up as she wrote: “Is it just me or is every day either a joyful morning followed by a hellish afternoon (or vice versa) with a baby? There never seems to be an entirely good or bad day. Do they ever come? Or is this it now for life? I'm feeling so down tonight.”
She also said: “Just for balance, I've had a really s**t afternoon.”

The 41-year-old hosts a baby podcast on MTV where she talks about the ups and downs of motherhood.
She continued to share a picture on her story of her daughter with a bruised leg, writing: “Bruised potato. Probs because Noa had her 16 week vaccinations yesterday and was in pain today.”
Kate later updated fans writing on a picture of Noa: “Thanks for your messages. The potato is doing better and currently resting.”
Kate Lawler has taken flack for sharing her motherhood stories online, and last month hit back at a troll who claimed she doesn’t “deserve” her daughter.
She responded: “I actually feel sorry for anyone who sets up an account to troll, they must be miserable inside.”
The former Big Brother contestant has also suffered at the hands of mum shamers, women who criticise the way she parents her daughter.

Although it is safe to drink wine in moderation while breast-feeding, Kate still felt the need to defend herself when she shared a picture of her drinking wine with bottles of pumped breast milk in the background.
She wrote on the pic: “Pumped. Wine time. Just a teeny one before anyone tells me I’m about to turn Noa into a p*** head.”
The blonde beauty previously defended herself against online trolls who claimed she puts her dogs before her child.
She wrote: “How dare you say I put my dogs before my child. They’ve not been walked half as much since she was born because she is right now the priority which again, makes me feel guilty as I can’t give my dogs the attention they’re used to. But I love my child and for nearly five weeks, I’ve devoted myself to keeping her alive. I breastfeed day and night, I comfort, hold, kiss and cuddle her, bath and dress her, I sing and play with her.”
