Jesy Nelson has showed off her natural curls after completing a home workout.
Initially sharing a clip of herself post-exercise on her Instagram Stories, she told her 6.8million followers that she feels "amazing" as she's been building up her strength.
Wearing a busty sports bra paired with black jogging bottoms, she wrote: "Been doing @courtneydblack workouts and there honestly amazing," [sic] with a sweaty emoji.
The 28 year old added: "I already feel so much fitter and stronger".

The Little Mix star, who recently shared her hack for when she forgetssong lyrics live on stage, then posted a series of clips of herself running her hands through her curly mane as she wrote: "She's wild today natural hair is out in full force," with a lion emoji.
Jesy also took to her Instagram feed to share two snaps of herself posing for the camera. She captioned them: "What we feeling about the natural barnet?? Does she stay". [sic]
Celebrity friends of the singer couldn't help but gush over the stunning snap as Leigh-Anne Pinnock wrote: "Dream," with a heart eyes emoji.
Lauren Pope said: "Oh wow you look beautiful," with a cat heart eyes emoji and Felicity Hayward commented: "I'm here for it".
Many of the star's fans also messaged her about the new 'do as they took a vote on whether she should keep it curly or go back to her usual straight hair.
One person wrote: "i lovee ur natural hair omg!!" [sic] with a red heart emoji.
Another said: "SHE STAYS !" [sic] while a third added: "I love this hairstyle!!" [sic]
It comes as the Black Magic hitmaker recently spoke out on her mental health during an interview on Loose Women.

Jesy won a National Television Award in January for her hit documentary Odd One Out, which saw her candidly discuss how trolling had impacted her and her devastating suicide attempt.
Now in a much happier place, Jesy shared her story with Ruth Langsford, Stacey Solomon, Nadia Sawalha and Saira Khan.
She told them: "I honestly feel as though I was just carrying this huge weight around on my shoulders, and for such a long time it was such a big secret.

"Obviously only the girls knew and people I worked with, and then I thought as soon as I'd done [the documentary] it felt like a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
"I think there's such a stigma that comes with mental health that a lot of people are ashamed to talk about how they really feel, and a lot of people are scared to let people know they're struggling and that's how I felt for such a long time."
Jesy, who recently unfollowed her ex Chris Hughes and deleted all trace of him from her social media, added: "What I actually learnt that by doing that documentary and, now that everyone knows, it's actually okay to talk about how you feel and it makes you feel so much better."
