Dancing On Ice star Vanessa Bauer is wasting no time since slamming head-first into rink last week as she ditched her shoes for skates today.
The professional figure skater, 23, was practising for the hit ITV live shows when she went head-first into the rink wall.
But the aftermath of the collision was luckily not a serious one, as Vanessa was smiling during her first day back on the rink since the ordeal.
Sharing a series of Instagram stories with her 167k followers, Vanessa las night wrote: "Finally been given the green light to skate again.
"Thanks so much for all of your get well messages that meant a lot."
She then posted a picture of the fall, captioning it: "A little reminder of what I did."
Today she posted several videos of herself from the rink, promoting food supplements, beaming: "I'm back in the studio and on the training rink!"
After the fall, a painful Instagram video showed the star gracefully skating across the ice and performing a range of tricks before losing her balance and launching head-first into the wall.
The wounded professional captioned her post: "THAT just happened. I literally thought I broke my face. It started off so well lol… good thing I know how to stop, not.
"At least @icecapture caught it so you're welcome guys."
It comes as the skater pulled out of her performance after sustaining the head injury.
The professional skater has been working on daring routines with her partner, Diversity dancer Perri Kiely , but has sadly been forced to rule themselves out of the competition last week.
A gutted Vanessa said she's been told to 'rest her brain' after suffering concussion earlier in the week.
On Instagram she told fans: "I think it's obvious how I LOVE skating on @dancingonice which is why I'm gutted I can't perform tonight! After banging my head into the wall I feel fine but @itv is super cautious and really takes care of us skaters which is why I went through SO many tests.
"Although I feel ok I am not allowed to skate this weekend. For the sake of my health I have to rest my brain."
She went on :"I am GUTTED but at least @realperrikiely are not competing this week anyways! He will still be part of the group numbers like everybody else so I'm wishing everybody the best of luck and an incredible show!?
Vanessa then confirmed that she and Perri had been given a free pass by producers and would be back to perform next week.
"As funny as I thought my fall was, head injuries are no joke and the consequences can be very serious," she added.
