PRINCE Harry won’t be welcome at his father’s coronation after he launched a “nuclear missile” campaign to hurt Prince William as future King, a royal expert has claimed.

The Duke of Sussex today revealed he wants to go to King Charles' despite claims made in his memoir that William "attacked" him in a row over Meghan Markle.


Bombshell claims from his book have already been released including that  The Prince of Wales branded Meghan "rude" and "difficult" during a row.

But in a new ITV trailer for a tell-all interview set to air on Sunday, Harry hinted he still wants to reconcile with his family – and even wants to attend his father's coronation as King in May.

Now royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams has told how he believes Harry is using his book to “assassinate” his brother’s character.

He told The Sun: “If these excerpts are anything to go by it seems this book is a nuclear missile sent for the palace

“There is no doubt that Harry is attempting a character assassination at his brother.

“In the Netflix show we heard how William was screaming at him in Sandringham – now we have claims of an actual assault.

“It seems to many that the Sussexes are jealous of the Prince and Princess of Wales popularity and Harry is trying to injure William's reputation because of this.

“It's hypocritical – he says he wants his brother and father back but with these allegations does he really think it will lead to a reconciliation?

“There is no going back from here. These allegations in the book are the final nail in the coffin for their relationship.”

Mr Fitzwilliams believes after the damaging claims made by Harry and Meghan there is “no way” they will receive an invitation the coronation.

He explained: “The palace must try to protect its dignity – and inviting the Sussexes would be counteractive to that.

“This is an event of tremendous importance and if they were to ask Harry and Meghan after this it would be extremely damaging.

“Why would they be invited after declaring war?”

It comes after Harry accused Prince William of "knocking him to the floor" during an argument about Meghan Markle.

Harry alleges William "grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and … knocked me to the floor" in an extract of the book.

The duke claims he was left with a visible injury to his back following the argument in 2019 at Nottingham Cottage on the grounds of Kensington Palace, where he was living at the time.

Harry says William was already "piping hot" when he arrived wanting to talk about their deteriorating relationship.

According to Harry, it turned into a shouting match as William complained about his wife Meghan, calling her "rude" and "abrasive".
