JUNGLE-themed bedrooms are all on the rage on Instagram right now – but who says they have to cost a fortune?
One savvy mum has revealed how she got the look for her son's bedroom on a shoestring budget.
And the best part is, all the lovely furnishings came from our favourite budget-friendly stores – such as Aldi and B&M.
Posting on her Instagram account, mum Alex Louise Bryan showed off her son Cartner's incredible new jungle-themed room.
She wrote: "WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE. Carter's bedroom is finally complete and I’m obsessed 😍❤️ All of Carter's jungle dreams have come true and I’m rather proud to say I did it all myself."
Firstly, Alex bought some snazzy wallpaper with illustrations of lions and zebras from Photowall for £29.
Then the mum bagged a bargain single bedframe off eBay and accessorised it with with cream Aldi cushions and mustard B&M leopard-print bedding.
Livening up the grey carpet in his bedroom, Alex added a plain cream rug from IKEA and a textured one from Aldi.
Next, the trendy mum added some framed animal prints she bagged from eBay and hung the Aldi elephant-shaped bookcase.
And to finish it all off, Alex added a cute gold giraffe, mustard basket and matching lamp which she picked up in B&M.
Unsurprisingly, the "roarsome" bedroom (sorry not sorry) has been a hit with other members of the DIY on a Budget Facebook group and racked up almost 5,000 "likes".
One replied: "Love love LOVE it."
Another added: "Wow amazing, well done!"
A third gushed: "Love it – I want my room to be like that!"
