Prince William’s alleged affair with Rose Hanbury has affected his marriage to Kate Middleton — but not in the way you might suspect. Amid rumors that William cheated on Middleton with their mutual friend, inside sources claim that the pair’s relationship only got stronger in light of the scandal.
Middleton takes advantage of a hurtful situation
A source close to Middleton revealed that the cheating scandal has improved her marriage, though it was not easy reading about it in the press. In fact, the Duchess of Cambridge did not like the rumors surrounding her husband and Hanbury and found them hurtful.
She also hates the idea that her three children — Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis — will grow up and read about the alleged affair online. Although it was initially hard to hear, Middleton and William took advantage of the situation to take a closer look at their relationship.

At Deepdale Hall Farm in Cumbria, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met the Brown familly, who have been farming in the valley near Lake Ullswater since the 1950s. Farming and agriculture has a special place in the #LakeDistrict National Park, where farmers have worked centuries on some of the most challenging land in the country. There are three generations living on Deepdale Hall Farm: Chris, his son Jimmy, Jimmy’s wife Robyn, and their four children. Chris and Jimmy are proud of their hill-farming heritage and are keen to carry on farming in a traditional way. The Duke and Duchess joined the Brown family, local farmers, and members of the Farmer Network to discuss some of the key challenges farmers are facing — including rural isolation, Brexit, and support payments. Following the discussion, The Duke and Duchess spent time on the farm with the family tending to their flock of Herdwick and Swaledale sheep, joining them for sheep shearing, herding and dry stone walling. @CumbriaCC #Cumbria #Ullswater

The Duchess of Cornwall, The Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex travel along the Mall to Trooping the Colour, The Queen's Birthday Parade. Trooping the Colour has marked the official birthday of the British Sovereign for over 260 years. Regimental flags of the @BritishArmy were historically described as ‘Colours’ because they displayed the uniform Colours and insignia worn by the soldiers of different units. The name ‘Colour’ continues to be used to this day. The principal role of a regiment’s Colours was to provide a rallying point on the battlefield. This was important because, without modern communications, it was all too easy for troops to become disoriented and separated from their unit during conflict. If Troops were to know what their Regiment’s Colours looked like, it was necessary to display them regularly. The way in which this was done was for young officers to march in between the ranks of troops formed up in lines with the Colours held high. This is the origin of the word ‘trooping’. So, what today is a great tradition began life as a vital and practical parade designed to aid unit recognition before a battle commenced. ?PA @TheRoyalFamily #TroopingtheColour #HorseGuardsParade #QBP2019
