Model caught boasting about business class flight after being spotted in economy

We all know that not everything we see on Instagram is real.

And it seems one model has been caught in the act of hamming up her Instagram profile by pretending to be in business class for a flight.

French model Oceane El Himer shared a photo with her 846,000 followers recently where she was seen posing in the business class section of a plane.

She captioned the post: "Next Stop – Monaco. Je fly toute la night."

The photo saw her posing seductively as she wore a mint green cropped hoody and lilac jogging bottoms.

She teamed her outfit with immaculate makeup while wearing her hair poker straight.

And although her bold outfit looked lovely, it seems like that's what got her rumbled.

This is because someone who probably recognised her spotted her in economy wearing the exact same outfit.

The person quickly took a photo and decided to share it on Twitter to reveal the real truth about her journey.

They seemed to find the situation very funny as they captioned the post with a ton of laughing emojis.

The model's original Instagram post saw her rack up more than 102,000 likes from fans.

However, she has now removed comments on the post.

Despite this, others have asked her about the plane incident on some of her other photos.

One asked: "What’s wrong with flying economy class???

While another claimed she had a "fake life".

A third wrote: "Is it nice in business class? Oh wait…"

The model's other snaps show her leading a luxurious lifestyle – posing in infinity pools in tiny bikinis and wearing designers clothes.

It seems like she may enjoy saving a few pennies on her flight in the real world though, rather than forking out for a first class ticket!

Meanwhile, if you do actually want to get a free upgrade to business class, an ex-flight attendant recently told Daily Star how you can do it.

She said: "Techniques I've seen work are solo travellers that are 'dressed' nice and those signed up for the airline's frequent flyer programmes usually get first dibs.

"Kindly asking the gate agents if any free upgrades are available, [and mention] special celebrations i.e anniversary.

"I did a skit on how a passenger gave a box of chocolates to crew members and got a free upgrade."

Sandra added: "For long haul flights, if you are nice to the crew, they sometimes will share extra food from Business or First class with you.

"If you have a special diet you can also order during booking to ensure you get your desired meal.

"The best time to ask for extra goodies is when service is over and you see crew hanging out in the back of the plane.

"Emirates had an open bar so we got creative with drinks and had fun with passengers. Sometimes we were also stocked with cup noodles and extra snacks so you just need to ask!"
