The other day, Amy shared a meme of Ken Jeong’s character in Community trying to read an incredibly tiny piece of paper.

Above the image, a caption was added that read, “A list of people I trust.”

Amy tweeted the meme and noted how “accurate” it is to her and her life right now.

This comes after her cousin Josh was arrested on two counts of child pornography and is now staying under house arrest with family and friends.

Josh has now been charged with allegedly receiving and possessing child porn, some of which include 65 images and one video of child porn of minors between the ages of 5-10.

Shortly after the arrest, Amy shared a "mental health checklist" and told her followers to "take care of yourself."

The photo, which she posted to her Instagram, read: "Mental health checklist. 'Tend to your triggers with love.'"

The checklist actions included: "- Talked to a friend – Complimented myself or someone – Said no when necessary – Let go of other people's judgements – Asked for help when I needed it – Did something that inspired or motivated me."

She then explained how it's important for people to take "proper care" of their "overall health."

Amy wrote: "There is nothing wrong when admitting when you need “help” getting the proper care is so important for your overall health!

"Your brain must be healthy in order to be a healthy functioning person. There’s no shame in getting counseling, working through your trauma / family /relationship issues.

"It’s ok to not be good or fine, it’s ok to set boundaries and it’s ok to take appropriate medication.

"Your mental health is what matters. Take good care of yourself, because you matter. 💚🪴 #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #itsokaynottobeokay"

She later spent some quality time with her cousin Jill to celebrate Jill's 30th birthday.

Amy shared a since-deleted post in her stories with her friend and cousin, Jill.

Jill wore a pink birthday girl pin, and Amy's shirt read "good things in life take time."

The mom to Daxton, who will be two in October, wrote on the snap: "So good to see you @jillmdullard. You are loved."

Absent from the festivities was the Jill's estranged parents after her brother Josh's child porn arrest.
