Disney star Kyle Massey's mom claims son 'NEVER' sent x-rated photos to teen 'victim' but had sex with girl's MOTHER

DISNEY star Kyle Massey's mom has claimed he never sent X-rated photos to a minor – but had sex with the girl's mother.

That's So Raven actor Kyle, 29, has been charged with felony for "sending pornographic material to a 13-year-old girl".

However, his mother Angela Massey insisted that Kyle "never sent anything" to the girl.

She claimed he only knows the girl because he began a sexual relationship with the girl's mother when he was 16, which went on for several years.

Angela said in a video posted on Instagram: "People want to know how does Kyle know this family and and how does he know this little girl.

"Kyle met the mom when he was 16 years old in California. She came to California, Kyle met her, they developed a relationship, started having sex."

Angela went on: "Kyle was 16. She's seven years older than him. The relationship lasted over several years – not consistently – but over the years.

"That's how Kyle knows her. So he knows the mother. He had an intimate sexual relationship with the mother.

"Even though he consented to having sex with er at 16 in the state of California that's illegal because a minor can't consent to having sex

"He never sent anything to a minor. This is an old attempt from the extortion from 2019."

News broke on Tuesday that Kyle – best known as Cory Baxter on That's So Raven and its spinoff Cory in the House – has been charged.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, the actor was charged with one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes.

The TV star has been accused of "electronically sending sexually explicit content to the girl" during the months of December 2018 and January 2019.

According to the outlet, the case is connected to a March 2019 civil suit, which involved Kyle being sued for $1.5 million for allegedly sending "numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos" via Snapchat – however, he claimed he was being extorted.

Eventually, the teen's legal team instead filed a report with the Sheriff's office because they believed Kyle "didn't have enough money" to make the suit "worth it."

According to the documents, police began their investigation in early 2020 and that the girl's mother said Kyle knew her since she was 4 years old.

Court docs revealed police were given a thumb drive by the girl's mom containing the explicit material Kyle had allegedly sent over Snap when she was 13.

According to the authorities, the recordings included a "pornographic video clip" and a video of a man who appears to be Kyle exposing his penis.

The star is said to have not showed up to his arraignment in King County Criminal Court in Washington on Monday.

Kyle appeared on That's So Raven from 2003 to 2007 before featuring on two seasons of Cory in the House.
