John Paul McQueen (James Sutton) is tormented by what he has done in Hollyoaks, with the recent bus crash leaving new student Freya potentially never able to walk again.
He knows that his alcoholism is the cause of the tragedy and Prince (Malique Thompson-Dwyer) is insistent that he can’t say a word if he wants to keep himself out of prison.
But tonight, the drama continues and John Paul receives a sudden threat.
At the hospital, John Paul gets the harsh revelation that Freya may never walk again so he goes to visit her.
He apologises and of course, she doesn’t blame him, but as they talk she gets a text about her netball tournament which she adds it to the list of things she may never be able to do again.
John Paul’s guilt overwhelms him into obscurely admitting the crash was his fault.
Experiencing survivor’s guilt, the teacher is in a real state – but soon he realises that someone else could be about to expose him.
John Paul reaches into his pocket and finds a note saying, ‘I know what you did, Mr McQueen.’
So who is after him – and what do they want?
