Frankie Sims and Jack Fincham had an awkward run-in at a Halloween party during Sunday's episode of The Only Way Is Essex.
During the latest instalment, Frankie, 26, was left shocked to see her ex, 30, at the celebrations as they quickly became embroiled in an argument in which she accused him of being a "liar", to which he denied the claims.
The awkward run-in came just after Frankie, who friendzoned Love Island's Joe Garratt earlier in the show, had an explosive row with Chloe Brockett, who dated Love Island winner Jack only a month before she did.
After leaving the row with Chloe, 20, to bump straight into ex Jack, who she split from in July, Frankie said: "Why are you here? Why didn't you tell me?"
To which Jack admitted: "I thought it was probably best not after last time I saw you. Probably best not to mention it… I just didn't want to have any confrontation!
"What it was, last time I saw you, it was quite confusing. There were points I thought: 'Oh, we're alright now' and then you lost your s**t, you threw my phone at me!" with Frankie hitting back with: "No, no!"
She continued: "No, Jack, you asked me to be your girlfriend last time I saw you…" with Jack responding with: "I didn't, no I didn't."
Frankie insisted that he had, she added: "When I said no, you went: 'Would you get back with me at this moment in time?'"
However, Jack replied: "I don't think I said that…"
Frankie continued: "When I left the next morning, what did you say to me? 'Frankie, I love you so much.' Those were your last words to me, I laughed and said: 'Alright, Jack, love you too.'"
With a defiant Jack insisting: "I wouldn't have said that!"
Frankie added: "All I'm saying is… you've caused absolute murders showing me that she's [Chloe B] called me a big, fat, whatever."
Jack replied: "How have I caused murders? No, I was sitting there with it in my hand and you pulled it out of my hand and threw it in my face."
Frankie insisted: "You showed me and you're point blank looking me in the eye and saying it didn't happen?" with Jack adding: "I don't think it happened, I wouldn't have said that."
She continued: "Listen, we've been broke up two and a half months," with Jack replying: "Exactly, so why are we having this conversation."
Frankie added: "I mean, I thought we were on terms that if I brought something up that's happened in the past that you'd not deny it because you're embarrassed."
To which Jack insisted: "I'm not embarrassed, I don't get embarrassed."
Storming off, Frankie said: "I didn't know you were a liar, but now I know. See you later, Jack."
To which he replied with: "See you later. Worse than I expected, I think."
Jack then spoke to Chloe B as he recalled his argument with Frankie to her, he said: "It didn't go well, honestly, I swear to God like… you know, she's throwing accusations at me.
"Saying I did this, or I said that, like I hardly remember that night anyway. But I didn't say those things, do you know what I mean?"
He added that as long as he was okay with Chloe B, that is all that matters as he "loves her to death".
Chloe B then asked if he wanted to be "just friends" with her, to which he admitted: "It's hard, do you know what it is? I have got feelings for you. I've always liked you, I don't want to be just friends.

"But i just want to, I don't know what I want to do."
Clarifying their relationship, Chloe B added: "I think, you know, we're really good friends at the moment. There's no arguments, we're not arguing with each other. I think just see how things go."
