Kate Garraway explained she was having difficulty reading on Thursday's Good Morning Britain due to a pesky eye injury.
The 53-year-old addressed viewers who were wondering why she was wearing a pair of tortoise-shell glasses, as it was a change from her usual attire.
The mum-of-two told told GMB viewers: "I've injured my eye. I don't know what I've done to it, but I'm going to get it checked today."
She went on to explain she wasn't sure if she'd be as good at reading her notes and the autocue on the ITV morning show – however she seemed to be doing fine, as always.
