Piers Morgan, 56, made his dramatic exit from Good Morning Britain back in March as part of the fallout from Meghan Markle’s, 39, interview with Oprah Winfrey, 67. In the weeks since his departure from the ITV programme, many famous faces have made quips about the presenter and how much time he now has on his hands. However, to kickstart the BRIT Awards, comedian Jack, 32, decided to give his take on the matter.
Following performances by Coldplay and chart-topper Dua Lipa, 25, the host for the evening welcomed those watching at home to the ceremony.
As well as paying homage to the audience in the arena who were made up of frontline workers, the comedian also made a few jokes.

The moment was brief but the presenter continued to discuss how the easing of lockdown restrictions meant events could go ahead with social distancing regulations in place.
