Strictly's Maisie Smith 'crying all night' and comforted by co-stars after landing in bottom two

STRICTLY star Maisie Smith is being comforted by her co-stars after "crying all night" about being in the bottom two.

The upset EastEnders actress has turned to the other celebrities for a confidence boost after her shock dance-off position.

Maisie, 19, was forced to go up against Max George – and just scraped through for a chance to perform in week five.

A source told The Sun: "Poor Maisie has been so upset – she's been crying all night and has really taken it to heart.

"She's young and living away from home for the first time so it's hard on her.

"The show's dancers and the other celebs have been rallying around and trying to lift her spirits."

Fans were outraged when Maisie landed in the bottom two – with Max being sent home.

The star failed to secure enough votes after her impressive doll-themed routine.

But viewers at home were furious that she'd been vulnerable in the first place.

Maisie and Gorka Marquez will now perform a routine to Better When I’m Dancing by Meghan Trainor.

While last week's leader Clara Amfo will samba to That’s The Way (I Like It) by KC And The Sunshine Band.

She's throwing everything she's got into coming back fighting – and is being put through her paces by Gorka.

Maisie collapsed on the floor after a tough training session as Gorka refusedto let her eat lunch until they'd got it right.
