‘Calculated’ Meghan Markle clip had 3 camera angles to ‘show when baby’s due’

Meghan Markle has given away clues about how far she has to go in her pregnancy with three different camera shots as she delivered a video message, according to an entertainment reporter.

The Duchess of Sussex was back on TV for the first time on Saturday (May 8) since she and Prince Harry spoke to Oprah Winfrey in an interview which sent shock waves through the Royal Family.

Giving a recorded message at the Global Citizen VAX Live concert, the heavily-pregnant Duchess of Sussex called for greater economical protections for women and the distribution of vaccines as well as her hopes for her unborn daughter.

Sam Rubin, the entertainment reporter for Australian programme Today, said that Meghan showed how “media savvy” she is with the performance where she was telling how women have been disproportionately affected by the impact of Covid.

Rubin said: "Meghan Markle has always been extraordinarily media savvy.

"Even the quality of not just what she was saying but the way it was shot, the three different angles, which delicately revealed how far she was along.

"All these things are very thought out and calculated."

Meghan and Prince Harry are due to have their second child this summer and once again she is reportedly considering a home birth.

It is the same plan that she had for first child Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor in 2019 but in the end was advised to go to the hospital when he was overdue.

Now living a new life in the US, Meghan is looking to have her daughter at their home in Montecito, California.

Access Hollywood reported: "The former Suits star originally wanted to do a home birth with baby Archie, but when she was overdue she went to Portland Hospital in London to give birth.

"Meghan's plan was to have a home birth with Archie but you know what they say about the best-laid plans.

"In the end, her doctors advised her to go to hospital and all she was interested in was about delivering Archie safely.

"But she has a beautiful home in California, it's a beautiful setting to give birth to her baby girl."
