Two children and adult found dead in house as police launch urgent investigation

The bodies of two children and an adult have been discovered at a property.

Emergency services are currently at the residential property, which is in Ballinteer, south Dublin, Ireland following the discovery on Wednesday morning.

Local reports suggest a boy, 6 and girl, 11, have tragically died, although conflicting reports say they are 5 and 12, but authorities are yet to confirm this.

A Gardaí spokesperson said: "Gardaí are currently at the scene of an incident at a residential property in south Dublin where the bodies of two children and an adult have been discovered.

"There is no further information available at this time."
